Every once in a while, there is a door that appears for witches and wizards. One that lurks in the corner of a person's eye and begs their curiosity. A rickety old door with rusted metal and splintered, warped wood. Those that are brave enough to walk through it will find that there is not simply a dusty old closet. Rather, there is a world beyond that door -- one that is apart from time itself. What looks like a quiet, quaint little village lies something as dark and haunting as the door that lead to it looks. Once someone steps through it, there is no going back and you enter a world where nightmares become real. The Cellar Door is a time-displacement Harry Potter roleplay with dark themes. We look to build an active, plot-centric community which tests the bounds of characters within the village. Will you be daring enough to walk through the door? |
Miracle Country - a CLAMP based RPG
❀ Kiseki is panfandom slice-of-life jamjar game set in the separate world of Miracle Country, a series of islands with all kinds of magical mishaps and circumstances. It seems a pleasant enough place, aside from some underlying creepiness (think Outo Country in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle or cursed Storybrooke in Once Upon a Time). ❀ Kiseki is a CLAMP inspired (meaning series such as Card Captor Sakura, X/1999, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, and Magic Knight Rayearth – just to name a few), but no prior knowledge of the manga-ka is necessary to join – it’s great for both CLAMP enthusiasts and canon-blind appers. ❀ Kiseki has both game-wide events and player-run plots, with events tending to run on at least a monthly basis, ranging in themes from fluffy/shippy to more action/plot-heavy events. Events are also replayable, within reason, inviting more character-driven plotting. There’s a huge emphasis on building CR and interpersonal relationships between characters.
