Actually, to reply to both you and the OP... on IJ, that's going to be unavoidable.
IJ's TOS is more strict, but we also have the admin flat-out stating several times that only an official court order or DMCA order can make him pull content. Considering this came on the heels of LJ's fiasco and Squeaky is not a stupid man, I'd say he's not lying.
Explicit material has to be flocked. Personally, I use a non-moderated community for fic posting, so someone can briefly join to read explicit content, and yes, it does prevent non-IJers from reading it, which is a bit more of a hassle, but I'd personally rather deal with that hassle and have the security of knowing that I won't log on one day to find myself suspended because the admins got ban-happy.
