She glared at him again, taping everything in place and winding more bandages around her neck to protect the deep ruts her nails had carved into her own flesh. That she tied off, feeling weirdly armored and vulnerable at once, with something wrapped around her throat. "Better? Can we focus now?" On something other than her jugular would be nice.
