Tsume got to break three chairs, four noses, and a table before the Uchiha showed up in force. Of course, 'force' for the ninja police meant one.
No matter how many times it happened, it was always a little disheartening to be spun into a genjutsu and wake in the drunk tank. You'd think she'd learn to kai at some point, but she always thought she was still brawling until that moment when she wasn't.
