Since we've suddenly found ourselves with a crew of younger sorts, a great deal of them being heroic and good with guns and the like - I thought I'd extend to all of you our monthly group activity.

Paintball.

Now, you might be asking yourself "Dr. Ravi, what is paintball?" and to that, I say "oh, my dear sweet summer children, you are in for a treat". Essentially you run around with guns filled with neon paint balls and shoot people. We do a few different skirmishes - Team vs Team, free-for-all, fort takeovers, etc. We've got a place nearby that's brilliant, open area with a forest and flatlands. We've got the field booked for tomorrow for the entire day, so feel free to come out. Bring snacks. Don't need equipment, it's available for rent, but you do need clothes - up to you what you feel like wearing, comfortable clothes that offer a bit of protection are what I'd recommend. Jeans, BDUs, long-sleeve shirts or light jackets, that sort of thing.
