I'm sure you've all noticed Claudia has been gone for awhile. Even though I feel this loss and it cuts right through my soul. She won't be able to throw hurtful words at you anymore. I cannot apologise enough for the way she has treated you.

Emma seemed to think that Regina would find some way. No one deserves what she has done to others but most especially you.
