Emma Swan ([info]swanemma) wrote in [info]expresslogs,
A smile slipped over her lips the second he opened his door. Emma found it weird how she missed him in a way considering back in their world he had been gone for a bit. Maybe it was the fact that she was now seeing him again that caused her to open up that wound again. Moving into the car, she turned around though at his comment about her mother.

“My mother knocked you down?” She asked with a laugh. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t laugh but….oh who am I kidding, that’s great,” she said before biting her lip for a moment. “So my mom was a tough woman?” Maybe that was where that whole thing came with Jefferson because both had been confused on how Mary had kicked him out the window. “Why did she knock you down?” Emma had never been big on fairytales expect for one that she read all the time, but it wasn’t the one her mother came from.

Her eyes turned downward when she saw Wolf come over to her, smiling at the beautiful animal. “Hey,” she said softly as she moved her hand to rub her head, watching as she went back to the couch. “She must enjoy having the couch all to herself,” she said with a small laugh before returning to look at him. “Yeah, well I was told I don’t get to return until the train decides to send me back so I could be here till tomorrow or I could be here for a while,” part of her didn’t mind that but another part did. Here she had the huntsman, but she wanted to save her son and destroy Regina for everything she had done. Only now she figured it was pointless because if she didn’t do what Gold said then she might not be able to change things causing her to lose Henry still. The thought caused her to feel sick at the thought of losing her little boy.

Emma shrugged at the whole no glasses thing because it wasn’t like she was drinking with some stranger. Hell, she had kissed him so the whole sharing a drink wasn’t a huge deal to her. “I didn’t think to grab any. I just grabbed the first two bottles I could find of alcohol and came over,” she left out how she had been slightly excited to see him again. “So why are you drinking?” She remembered the last time he had been drinking or at least the last time she had seen him drunk so she wasn’t quite sure what his reason this time was. Moving to take the bottle from him before moving to sit on the bed, taking a swig of the drink before looking back over at him. “Or is it a secret?” She teased slightly with the last bit.
