Yeah, I'm being excessively cynical, like I said. Once I wouldn't have doubted that this could be interesting, just lately I don't trust them not to botch everything up, lol. And sadly Roman's "own problems" this week just sound like anvilicious "see, this is why no one needs this character - he's not necessary to the skating team, the teenies don't need his advice, and his own boyfriend has better things to do than stick to dates with him" bollocks to me. At best, it's rehashing a problem he's already had, but it feels more like they don't know what else to do with him rather than interesting continuity. But we'll see how it plays out, I'm sure.
