[Anri sits in an otherwise vacated room, knees drawn up in front of the fire. She doesn't entirely know where she is, every surface and corridor unfamiliar even as her mind calms, voices softening.

She's paying some attention to everything outside her door, but not... much.]

Of course, today he doesn't need to act the part charming nobleman. No, today the guest he's expecting is a most important one indeed, deserving of nothing but the very best. And Vincent will give him all that he has, even if it's the last thing he does.]

[Gilbert is the grumpiest teacher you've ever had. He smacks the chalkboard and screams if you talk and throws chalk at you when you talk again. He's that kind of teacher. And guess what? He's staying after class to grade papers.]
