Tigerlily gasped, her muscles tensing at the sound of movement behind her and turned in time to see Tinkerbell kill the snake. For a few moments after, her eyes were wide with a cross between fear and awe, but that particular spell was broken at the endearment 'little one'. Tigerlily puffed up her chest with a faint "Hmph" sticking her nose into the air. While she may not outright Tinkerbell's choice of words, her manner would imply it for her.

"I would have been fine, you know," she said, nodding to the snake and ignoring the question. "I didn't need your help." And that may or may not have been true. Tigerlily hadn't been aware of anyone approaching her, snake or otherwise, and while she may have heard it when he moved to strike, she couldn't be certain of that - and she may not have moved in time to avoid being bitten. But even still, she thought her magic could have saved her.

Turning, she moved to continue on the path, planning to go without Tinkerbell and hoping the woman would take the hint. Though there was a part of Tigerlily who was faintly curious about her, who kept sneaking a peek over her shoulder to see if Tinkerbell was following.
