Public!
Does anyone know how to get a chainsaw sharpened?
[Azalea.]
I was thinking! Remember how you had asked me to help with the sewer systems? What if we were able to use a system, or a device, that simultaneously took a picture of one wall or hallway, and projected it at the same time. Like! If you're looking down a tunnel to the east, and there appears to nothing going on, but you can see the blank wall down that way, rolling the device out, so that it takes a picture of the blank west well, and then projects it down the other end of the tunnel that you would be looking down (to the east), so that as long as someone was quiet enough, no one would ever know that something was being moved down the... Maybe a diagram would help more. The | lines are North/South corridors in this example, and the --- lines are East/West corridors. *** are solid walls.

So, let's say a person is trying to travel down the right north/south corridor in this scenario, right? Now if a device, something small, was placed in the east/west corridor, that took a picture of the back wall (the only thing you'd see in the right corridor when walking down the left most north/south corridor) of the right most corridor and projected that picture into the east/west corridor, it would make it seem like nothing was going on down the right tunnel on visual inspection.
Then, if we protect any guild based activity with a combination of something like this, with float boots, or silenced hover equipment, along with casting silent on someone (no vocal noises) and maybe something else? I'm not too familiar with spells but if there's something for noise there's gotta be something else for vision, right?
The picture projector might be an easier method to avoiding detection, but then we'll still leave footprints and possible noises. Unless we wanted to try to cloak each individual person?

I hope the Council hasn't been too crazy since everything. Let me know if we're still on for dinner this week. <3
[The Captain!]
I didn't really get a chance to thank you for taking me up with you in all of that, so, thank you! And do you want to come to dinner tomorrow night with Peony, myself and maybe some others? I'm a good cook! I promise!
[Cormac.]
We need to test the spell expansion system again. I'm pretty sure it won't set you on fire this time!
[Nate.]
Watch out for Ratchet! He's been sleeping under your stool the past couple nights. I think he misses you, and do you want to come to dinner tomorrow night?
