Where: Outside the city!
When: This afternoon! (Think about 4pm!)
Rating: TBD
While the Betsham Pass was not the major trade route into Emillion, it was still a regularly used one, and since all of the chaos that had gone on in the main road had been seeing more and more use. In fact, it was one that if taken out of commission, would likely make people even more frustrated, agitated and ready to leave than they had already become which at this point would either be incredibly easy, or quite the feat. Regardless, today would not be an easy day for anyone who wished to use this road for transit purposes at all as a King Behemoth roared its way through the forest - uprooting trees, and knocking over rocks as it went - and onto the main road with something that - in comparison - seemed like nothing more than a pup nipping at its heels. However, that pup of a sort seemed like it was more than determined to assure the Behemoth stayed away from Emillion as it put itself directly in way of the road leading to the city and promptly lit the mammoth beast's tail on fire, and again the Behemoth roared. Carbuncle was determined not to give up this war without a fight, even if the odds were - almost hilariously - stacked against it as the King Behemoth began to focus its attention on the trouble maker that had chased all this way now. The two monsters would begin to clash upon the road, Carbuncle splashing spells, the Behemoth attempting to get in strikes, and having trouble landing them because of Carbuncle being so incredibly small, and quick in comparison to the mighty beast. Yet, when blows did strike, it sent Carbuncle flying back, before Carbuncle frantically would to climb up once again, and zip out of the way. The odds were against Carbuncle in this fight, but, when it came to the fate of the world, you fought with all you had even if it meant whittling something 10 times your size down little bit, by little bit. |
