Mag/Ophion/Ceres | Day Two | Hall of Attainment
"Hm."
Ophion nodded and fell behind the knight. The lantern in his hand swung overhead, as he lifted his arm to light their path. Disoriented by the bright disturbance, bats continued to stir and flap. More enemies were coming their way.
From behind the fighter, the mage called out a warning. "Incoming. Left, from behind." And shot a zap of Thunder over her shoulder, blasting down another stray that flew towards them.
His feet crunched over decaying bones, smaller and harmless critters spilling out. Ophion hoped it did not cause a snowball effect, beckoning more creatures to attack. For the moment, it did not. He eyed the relics at their destination. Perhaps he would care but he was not a religious man, not thirsting for history.
"Fucking infestation," he muttered before half-heartedly throwing out a suggestion. "Need to clear a path. Blast this thing."
