( The clinics were overwhelmed, that much was obvious. )

Who: Judge Evander Finch & Miles Baines
What: An unexpected nighttime visit, checking in on his ailing friend.
Where: Finch estate, nobles district.

( The difference between the tenements and the nobles district was appalling. )
