Depends on the planet. Leera is gorgeous, but you have to be underwater to see most of it. The Andalite homework is just weird, and don't even get me started on the Iskoort. We didn't really focus on space travel so much as have galactic politics dumped in our laps.
How do you know it works like that?
I mean, what did they plan to do if they lost power or something? Like if a tsunami hit or something? No way they would accept all their players just dying. There's got to be a way to force disconnect that doesn't fry you.
What's charging the battery?
Could you use the programming to move stuff around to cause a glitch in the assembly code that's directing the electricity to the NerveGear? Cut off the electricity to the NerveGear but keep the game running off reserve power, then run down the battery and when it's out of juice, that'd pop you out, right?
