Stefan gave a roll of his eyes, with a carefree smirk. He lolled his head to the side and watched them. "Relax." Stefan stated and wiped the rest of the blood from around his mouth. "There's no body yet." He said honestly and licked the dried blood at the tips of his fingers. Savouring the taste. There would be a point where blood bags weren't going to be enough for Stefan. There was nothing like fresh blood, ripped straight out the neck of a human. The blood bags were just so.. artificial..so easy.
He watched the two before him and couldn't figure out whether he could trust them or not. It was a combination of suddenly waking up in this place and several alleged gaps in his memory. Maybe he didn't? Maybe they were all screwing with him? Damon had so quickly relaxed in this place, and Lexi was a fucking intern for Elena. None of this made sense.
Stefan took a step back, figuring that the effort to compel someone to forget that they had seen him was easier. "I'll leave you to it." He said smoothly and turned on his heel.
