The Weasley -Potter Family Get Together
who: Dominique Weasley, Albus Severus Potter, James Sirius Potter, Rose Weasley, Fred Weasley
what: Meeting and Reassuring Neeq that they are, in fact, still alive.
where: Room of Requirement
when: Tuesday Evening, 7:00 pm
rating/warning: probably pg-13 if Neeq gets angry.
status: in progress

By the time she finished pacing, Dominique had created almost a mirror image of the Burrow's living room. There was a big red couch and a bigger gold couch settled nicely in front of a roaring fire. A long coffee table stood between the couches, with recliners positioned a the head of each couch. Blankets were positioned randomly on the couches and around the table, and she had the wireless playing on the floor. Overall, she figured it was cosy enough to appease the Gryffindors, bright enough to make the Hufflepuffs happy, and sophisticated enough to keep her and Albus from spewing their dinners all over the wooden floors.

She sat on a recliner and brought her feet up under her legs. Having decided upon not wearing the Weasley jumper, she opted for an old shirt of Uncle Charlie's and her sister's old jeans. It was only six thirty, so she wasn't expecting anyone to show up for another half hour. Pulling out her book on Manticores, she began to read. As she read the book, she continuously checked the door, hoping Rose wouldn't be the first to arrive. If so, she couldn't promise there wouldn't be another murder committed that night.

James did not like having his father in such close proximity. It just wasn't fair, goddamnit. If it was just Uncle Ron it'd be okay, but why did Harry have to tag along as well? He'd just spotted his father not too far away, and Harry had tried calling out to him - only to be completely ignored while James hopped onto one of the conveniently moving staircases. He'd just pretend he hadn't heard his dad should Harry ever ask - which he very rarely did. James just absolutely hated feeling like he was being watched at all times - and that was exactly what Harry was doing.

Unsurprisingly, he was late. He'd stopped off at the Gryffindor common room to grab the map that he'd previously stolen from his father - it was folded and tucked into his belt. It'd come in handy if Harry decided to check out the Room of Requirement - and also for later on, as James was quite determined to make it onto the fourth floor that evening. He arrived just as Rose was entering the room, and he caught the door before it could close and gruffly entered behind her. "Daddy needs to piss off." He snapped, leaning back on the door to shut it behind him, "I'm sick of seeing him all the time. Well, mine, not yours, Rosie-" a glance to her, "Uncle Ron's less fussy than my dad is."

Albus by the time his brother and Rosie showed up had three to four books opened up around him and was getting rather frustrated with the fact the books he needed were still in the library. He slammed every last one of them closed and nosily dropped them back into the seven deep pile beside him on the floor. The one thing he wanted was a long nap and he knew it wouldn't come for quiet some time.

He turned to regard not only Rosie but Jamie and pushed his glasses up onto the top of his head. He never could understand why James didn't get along with their father. He supposed it had a good deal to do with the fact they were both just alike. Albus chose not to say anything and just gave a slight wave of his hand to the both of them before his head fell defeatedly back to the headrest of the plush couch.
