I am officially turning over the community to blue_siofra.
My apologies for abandoning it; some major stuff dragged me away from the Internet last year and somehow I never made it back to InsaneJournal. You guys didn't deserve that, and I'm sorry.

So, as we get ready to welcome in a new Doctor, please welcome a new community maintainer. I'm sure she will do awesome things with it. Best wishes to all of you!
