For this week's challenge, we join the Doctor and Rose on their visit to the Fourth Great and Bountiful Human Empire. Planet Earth, at its height.... or maybe not?

• You may submit up to THREE different icons for this challenge. Blending the screencaps is allowed. Submit them in a comment to this post; all comments will be screened.


• Any kind of textures, brushes, gradients, text, etc. are allowed; animation is not.


• It's a one-week challenge. Icons will be due no later than 9am (EST) Saturday September 6th.

Time travel is like visiting Paris. You can't just read the guide book, you gotta throw yourself in. Eat the food, use the wrong verbs, get charged double, and end up kissing complete strangers, or is that just me?
