Our fifteenth challenge takes on the series two episode The Idiot's Lantern, wherein the Doctor drives a scooter, Rose loses face, and they save Great Britian from The Wire. :)

• Any kind of textures, brushes, gradients, text, etc. are allowed; animation is not.
