injury roles!
On a scale of 1 to 100...
01 - 10: Lucky duck, you don't have a scratch on you.
11 - 30: Light scratches, brusing, probably not from the monsters directly but from the surrounding chaos.
31 - 40: Close call! You probably took a swipe from the various monsters, it doesn't tickle, but if you aren't scared off, you're probably okay to continue.
41 - 50: Less of a close call! The monsters got you good. Should you continue? Maybe or maybe not. You're bleeding and not in the best shape but you can soldier on.
51 - 60: Fuck, you need medical attention. You aren't going to die, but you're in rough shape, buddy.
61 - 70: No, like, you really need medical attention. You're going to have some nasty scars as a result of getting hit by the monsters.
71 - 80: No, but seriously. You are really damn close to bleeding out. You're going to end up with scars and 100% you are out for the count until you get some healing.
81 - 95: Yeah, you're really lucky you didn't die. It was close. Too close.
96 - 100: You died. Oof.
Remember that these injury rolls are optional. You can decide how much your character is getting hurt/not hurt without them. There is no do over with death.
