WHAT: a run in and tbd WHERE: Sidewinder State Park WHEN: Late Night/Early Morning September 7/8 WARNINGS: TBD STATUS:Incomplete
Carter was..itchy. He didn't know how else to explain it. He was hearing Kelly's voice more often, seeing him present in reflective surfaces. He wasn't..feral, but he certainly wasn't entirely grounded. Luke's presence had been a big help, but Carter also knew it wasn't fair for either of them to depend solely on the other. He didn't want Luke to think he only wanted him around to keep him sane. He had to find other ways to cope. Mark had been busy with other things, and Carter hadn't wanted to intrude, and while he probably could have messaged the other werewolves, he didn't think that he was at a point that he was a danger to anyone.
Except maybe himself.
His eyes flashed purple in the mirror, and honestly- he thought it would be longer, thought that he'd be able to fight off the Omega pull.
So he'd gone for a run. He'd made his way out to the state park, stripping his clothes and only barely folding them before tucking them among the roots of a tree a little ways off the path. His bones cracked as he transformed, unable to help the howl as he started off on a long, long run.
