I'm glad you're here. I know I said that, but... it's selfish.

There are a lot of vacancies. I was working on your cabin for a little while, but we got hit with another earthquake, and The Pagemaster took some damage. And a very large tree came down over the sight.

You can thank my therapist, he's a miracle worker. And being gainfully employed. I'm not allowing myself a whole lot of down time.

Alright. I can agree to that.

I did get some of your stuff boxed up. At least what I could salvage. If you still want the cabin I won't give up on it. Yeah I sunk my savings into buying the bookshop, seismic retrofitting, and solar power. There's still a lot of work, and a lot of stuff I want to do to it, but you're welcome to help me if you want. I'll even put you on the payroll.

The bookshop. The club got pretty much leveled in the last earthquake, the owner's going to rebuild. But it might take some time.

Yeah, I... hadn't had the heart to turn the boxes into MIST yet. They're sitting with Addie's.

It was a very safe and warm home. ~~When things didn't come~~ You could request my old room? It had shutters to block out the sun, and a spell on the windows that was done by Diana.

Not as much as I have wanted to do, but as I said, I haven't really given myself a whole lot of downtime. And I might as well put my vampristic skills to some use.

Have you ever done soundproofing before? You can help me knock out Clint's and Matt's apartment.

	Oh. I was going to do it for energy consumption purposes, and maybe to hide the lack of banging in my apartment. But I could dial the insulation back.
