Did anyone grab any egg that says, "This egg is speckled and very fragile." or "This egg has strange markings"? Do you know what kind of dragon they are? I've been trying to grab one for the past two hours, but the site is too busy. :/

EDIT: Oh, I didn't realize TJ had released Valentines eggs. :D I managed to get a frill dragon, then.

Off to do some stealth clicking.

I'm seeing a bunch of V-day eggs dropping, but with over a thousand people on the cave right now, there's still no more than a slim chance of getting one. Eggs are going so fast that I can't even pick up a common! So, no eggs for me today.

Someone who found me on Twitter is trying to start up a lineage project for Dragon Cave. She has posted an outline of her project Here in her LJ. She has also set up an LJ group for her breeding projects. The link to that is in the comments. If you're interested in adopting dragons with interesting lineages, or participating in her project, I'm sure she'd appriciate if you posted on either her journal or in the group she's set up.

Nabbed another Valentine egg so have two and three frill hatchlings. I think a geode is going to be slow coming because I only have one stone right now and it'll all be luck nabbing one from the cave and hoping it genders properly. :) As always feel free to click or view as you prefer.

I am amazed at how generous people can be at this comm in particular and at dragcave in general. Yesterday I was ranting about how I had spent hours at the cave with nothing to show for it. Today, in true Oscar night fashion, I want to thank everybody that helped my son and I to get our Valentine eggs. So, in no particular order:

Thanks ladyphoenix9 for giving out the code for your third egg and finally abandoning it manually. Thank you to my friend A (not on IJ) for gifting me her second egg without knowing if she would be able to get another one for herself. Thank you miniera for warning me that the eggs were dropping more often so I, in turn, could warn A (she's got a better connection). Thank you witmanfade from LJ, for taking control of my son's scroll and catching an egg for him and, finally, thank you destertale for offering me an egg when you thought I didn't have any.

You are all great and I love you!

Thanks to the most wonderful sassy_cissa my girls and I now all have Valentine's Day Eggs. I managed to catch us all a Frill and a second Valentine for myself as well. After the bad start, today has ended up pretty good.
