The Good Place - Chidi/Eleanor
“Hi, Chidi. I’m Eleanor. Come on in.”
She gestured into the room, smile firmly planted on her face. She had this.
Chidi, that sweet, gorgeous, confused man, looked around, his eyes wide behind his glasses. “Where - where am I?”
She pointed to the chair. “Please, sit down.”
He didn’t remember her. No matter how much she wanted him to wrap his arms around her and tell her it was going to be okay, that wasn’t going to happen.
“Chidi, welcome to the Good Place.” And maybe, if she could hold it together, someday she could say that for real.
