P&P - Anne/Charlotte
Charlotte is shocked when Mr Collins calls her, with exceeding gravity, into his study and asks would she be willing to live with Lady Anne at Rosings for at least part of each month.
“It seems she has grown fond of you, my dear, and would wish you to be her companion for as much time as I can spare you.”
Charlotte is taken aback. She has not seen Anne alone since the death of Lady Catherine, what with the Darcy’s visiting Rosings. But clearly she has been planning.
