I won't. [She doesn't hang up. She just sets the phone on the windowsill, where the sounds from the street are audible, as is the creaking of the bedsprings as she tries to get comfortable. A few seconds later, there's the sound of Gus lispily (and sleepily) asking if he can sleep with her, and then a few seconds of coaxing the puppy up the steep ladder into the attic under admonishment that Finch managed it just fine. It's Gus that takes the phone off the windowsill eventually, when she tells him who's on the line, and there's a sleepy "g'night, pere," before the call gets disconnected.]
