Hmm. I want to say no, because it seems he's insistent on remaining aloof and detached, but, after seeing everything that happened and the, uh, animalistic response, for lack of a better word, maybe. Maybe the direness of the situation would have overridden his obsessive need to repel other people or whatever the fuck it is. But, hey, now we know he has the capacity to care about someone and it will be fun to make fun of
It's the castle.
So the revenge is an end unto itself, rather than the means to one.
