I made the catastrophic mistake of going outside today. Not only did I note with horror that nearly twenty days had passed but also that July in Las Vegas is similar to July on the sun. A low of 90 is not really a low at all.

I'm buying a boat and driving it around on the lake (that miraculously lives in the middle of the desert).

	I think it's about the same as Dubai really, last time I was in Dubai in July it was about 112-115 every day, which I think it was here last week. Kuwait on the other hand, now that was a miserable summer... (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	We were there because of my dad's work, too. It wasn't so bad after we got used to it. We'd been living in Geneva before that, which is a lot cooler typically.
