[It comes on a simple piece of paper sealed in an envelope, after discussions with her lawyers and a fair amount of research. There is an address for a building near the edges of the city, and a little poking reveals that it is an outpatient residential care facility. There is always someone on staff, medication is still monitored closely, all meals are prepared and provided, but it is a large house with rooms instead of a hospital. Residents keep their own doctors instead of being assigned to one there, though doctors are part of the support staff. Everyone is allowed to come and go, but they must check in and out, and overnight absences are usually discouraged (though not forbidden).]
Dr. Roman, I feel very strange moving into a place such as this. It seems [...] too nice. But I know that my alter needs time through her door, and I'm hoping that this place will be alright. I'll be moving before the first of the year, and would invite you to stop by if you ever get a chance. Regards and Thank You for this past year, Iris Morgenstern
[There is also a watch tucked into his stocking, separate from the card and with no label on it. It was picked for a look she thought seemed "him" to her, without paying attention to the price.]
