Hannibal Door Update

At 7:08 am local time, the call comes into the local PD as children on their way to school in the morning find a man dead in his car in Frederick County, Maryland. His cheeks have been removed and sutured onto his palms and a single, meticulous cut circumvents his head above the brow line. Bruising around his eyebrows suggests that his head was forcibly tied to the headrest of the driver's seat while the cuts were made and blood splatter indicates the car as the murder scene. The cause of death is not immediately apparent though exsanguination is a possibility. Further investigation once the body arrives at the ME's indicates that his brain, heart and liver were all removed. No organs have been recovered at the scene.
