Mr. Winters,

Certainly. Attached you'll find a document that includes an outline of information about a contest that we could perhaps hold for our customers. A concierge contest that allows the guests a chance to request whatever they desire from our concierges. Also, we can make it open to the general public to help draw in more local clientele that I'm certain we will benefit from.

I think we can run this contest for a week, perhaps make an announcement in general and advertise for it on television, as well.

What do you say?

I think we'll need to quantify 'whatever they desire', but otherwise it seems a idea worth trying. This will be your project, Mr. Drury. Explore the idea a little further and plan it out to the last detail. We can meet to go over it then, just arrange the time with my secretary.
