Re: Call: Wren/Luke
No, baby. If you could see yourself the way I see you, you'd know you're wrong. [Pause, and a small laugh.] A story? Okay, just don't make fun of me if it sucks. [Quiet sounds of movement.] Once upon a time, there was this [...] zebra. Yeah, a zebra. This zebra grew up with a nice horse family that loved him very much even though he was different, but one day, when the zebra was old enough, he decided to go find his real family. So he said goodbye to the horses and set off, all alone. He found gazelle families and elephant families and even a pack of lions, but no zebras. Then, when he was about to give up, he saw a bunch of zebras down by the, uh, river. He was really excited and galloped over but the other zebras didn't recognize him. They let him join their herd, because he was one of them, but pretty soon that zebra got lonely and realized where he really belonged. So, he went back to his horse family and they all lived happily ever after. [...] Remember, no making fun.
