i can't afford a gym membership, or basically anything gym related (weights, ball, etc.) but i really need to start working out. my family did have an elliptical machine, but they got rid of it :/... so i need tips on things to do? homemade weights? etc. if you workout at home... what is your routine? i'm thinking JUST walking around my neighborhood/town won't give me the results i want. i really am trying to work on my stomach and arms. i feel like i am a smaller version of the people on biggest loser :(... AND tips on things to eat... and tips on how to quit soft drinks. thanks!
