I got my hair ~body waved~ a few months ago (it is pretty much like getting your hair permed with the chemicals and everything, except it makes it loose, pretty waves and not looking like your moms tight curls from the 80's) and it was all going great until i dyed my hair from a box at home. My hair has been dyed before, but I was so sick of it so I wanted to go back to my natural color and quit all the over-processing. ANYWAYS, it fucked up the body wave, just made it limper and my hair feels SO damaged now. It looks healthy, but I know it's damaged as hell. So, what should I do to make it healthy? Any shampoos, conditioners, treatments you recommend? I want my hair to be soft, tangle free, and strong.
Are there any beauty secrets or whatever you have, div? Let's share!
To exfoliate my lips, I dampen a washcloth and press it against my lips and then take a bit of sugar and rub it on back and forth. Then, I take the washcloth and wash it off.
After shaving I put on aloe lotion to reduce redness and if I cut myself shaving I dab on Neosporin and it heals right in front of me.
I was surprised to hear how few people do this, but after showering/bathing I ALWAYS moisturize. It makes my skin feel silky. :)
