Why: Because even after everything they're still (sort of) friends.

Maeko, small box of ice-cream mochi in her arms, arrived at the dorm room she'd used to share with Misa exactly half an hour after she'd sent the last message. She tested the door, it was indeed unlocked.

"You okay in here?" She asked, poking her head through the door before entering.

"I'm glad you're happy with it, then." Maeko said, nodding.

"That's one true at all. It's pretty normal to screw up, you just have to be able to recognise the difference between sucess and failure so you know what to fix next time."
