Who: Tom and Yoshi?
What: Shopping Adventures!
Where: Out and about in Iburi
When: Couple of days post dungeon
Why: Cause they've never spoken outside of... never

Tom would need supplies for the summer, he was staying in the dorms after all. He also felt a need to find out more about the people who had accepted him onto the team.

He realized he had never actually spoken to Yoshi, and resolve to fix that, by asking her to accompany him on his trip to pick up goods.

He figured it was probably a good idea to shy away from cars for the time being, and instead showed up to their meeting spot on foot. .

Yoshimi reached the storefront at something between a skip and a run: too hurried to be a skip, too bouncy to be a run. Late! She was always late! Even if she was technically right on time, she could always get there sooner and then have more time to do awesome things! And awesome things definitely included pre-break shopping, since the contents of her pantry had dwindled down to nothing but cup ramen, Bromonade, and a lone candy bar.

Putting the brakes on her skip-run, she took a moment to look around the area for Tom, and was happy when she spotted him quickly.

"Sagaki-senpai!" she greeted, then paused to catch her breath. Skip-running across Iburi was hard work! "It's good to see you back up and moving so soon after, uh... well, the point is that it's good to see you!" Yoshimi's brain to mouth filter was, unfortunately, not quite as fast as everything else about her.

Tom nodded. Admittedly he was back up and moving almost immediately. He'd been certain things were neglected while he was in paradise, and so ignored the usual "rest period" most people seemed to take.

"Thank you for coming Tachibana... Tachibana-san."

Tom nodded.

"I've never been here before, and I thought... that we could... talk. About things."

Tom nodded, he was rather impressed with himself, for not having been used in years his genuine social skills weren't rusty at all.

Yoshimi also lacked a certain familiarity with the concept of a "rest period", and so she let the matter stand, instead taking a good look at Tom for the first time since his return from Paradise. He'd always been that strange, brusque upperclassman, entirely beyond her understanding and seemingly uninterested in bridging the gap - but here he was, addressing her properly and making an effort to socialize. The difference was striking, though not unwelcome.

"I'd like that, senpai." She stretched easily, clasping her hands behind her head. The day was young, and her grocery shopping could wait; she wanted to get to know this new Tom. "Where do you want to start?"
