Who: Everyone.
What: SPOOKY OCCULT SHOP!
Where: Iburi City Center.
When: After school. After Kou's Dungeon.
Why: BUY THINGS!

Hikaru was sweeping outside his store. It had been a good opening week. His handmade emas were popular with schoolgirls and he needed more posters to advertise the store. Something was strange, though. People wanted skeleton keys - what was up with that? He swept harder, knocking dirt into the gutter. He ran a occult shop, not a hardware store.

He saw students approaching down the street. He thought of the money they would have to spend and went inside his shop.

	Misaki was the first to stop by like she did every week. Waving at him she smiled, "Hikaru-san! Good afternoon!" She was in a hurry to buy some luck charms, "Did they come in?" (Reply to this) (Thread)

	"Ah. Misaki-chan." Hikaru gestured at the white metal rack right of the counter. Dangling off hooks were white emas with cat, rabbit and dog heads on the top [for children] and some charms were crosses made from plated gold. "I finished a few this morning. You like?" "Yes! Very much so! They're beautiful Hikaru-niikun! You make such amazing charms. It must be really nice running a shop that you love. I was just going over to my Niichan's flower shop and thought I would stop by." She explained to him looking around.

Turning back to glance at him she asked, "Hikaru-niikun, can I ask you something. I have a friend, he's been going though a lot recently and I wanted to get him something that would give him luck and courage. He...He really needs it because I think he doesn't think things can change for him. But I know he's very smart and kind, and will become a really good doctor or whatever he wants to be. But I think he's a bit scared about talking to his family about it. So...So I wanted to get him something that would help him...You know...know that other people are there for him and will do what they can to help him."

She smiled at the man, "Do you think you have something like that? Please say you do, I'll pay extra for it...I'll even bring you a cake or whatever you want for lunch tomorrow!"

	"Man, that sounds bad." Hikaru looked around the store. "Sounds like depression. I don't know if a present will solve anything. If you want my advice, get him something that'll make him happy. "Um...no...I mean...he doesn't really talk about himself that much, so I'm not sure what he would like...But I do know he like Water Lilies! So do you have any charms with those on them!" She smiled hopeful that he would.

"Also I need um...a bunch of different ones..." she paused and smiled, "Those are cute the ones with the animal heads on them...how much are they?"

	Hikaru blinked. "Uh, no." He nearly blurted out that they had none in stock, but stopped himself at the last second. His shop was relatively popular - amongst one section of the market. She nodded, "I know...but they're really cute, and I think they would cheer people up. I mean if you got a cute charm from a friend, wouldn't you cheer up just a bit from it. Yes I know it's silly, but isn't that the point of it?"

She paused and then smiled, "I'll take those too, the wooden ones. I think they would work, I know what to do with them, Hikaru-niikun."

Misaki smiled at him and noticed something out of the corner of her eye, she looked up at the strange bears and grinned, "Those please! You have a lot in differnt colors."

She was pointing at the Carothy Charms.

Hikaru thought it strange; Misaki saw black, purple, burgundy and white as a range of colours. He was looking at the Carothy charms and couldn't sense anything else in the store. It was too strange. A shake of the head and he recovered his senses, and it felt like stepping into sunlight for the first time in three days. His body was quicker than his mind.

"Hey, those aren't exactly good luck charms..."

He stopped. If Misaki liked them, he supposed they'd have some use.

"Are you paying by credit or cash?"

	Hikaru thought quickly as he recovered some of the wooden charms Misaki wanted from behind the counter. He felt invincible at this moment. "They're for protection," he said. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
