WHAT: Rolling on the random encounter tables.
WHERE: The local convenience store.

WHY: A bit of subtle checking-up?

It had been a while since Renju had gotten food off of the Nanakamado campus. She still attended Cooking Club meetings, but she hadn't had much time or energy to devote to cooking herself.

But she was starting to get tired of cafeteria fare, and so here she was, standing in an aisle of the local convenience store for the first time since her visit, being stared at by the same very curious cashier who (unbeknownst to her) had been the poor soul to process her Shadow's very impressive purchase.

She pondered the instant ramen for a little while. There was only so much one could do with just a hot plate, but was she really that desperate for a change of pace?
