WHO: Keiichi and Yoshimi
WHAT: Finally discussing what happened/likely dungeon aftermath
WHERE: Arcade!
WHEN: Day after K1/Kiriko discussion.
WHY: Because he's tired of Yoshi avoiding him.

Keiichi knew that he had odd relationships with some of his teammates. But Yoshimi's reaction to him after their drunken escapades of a few months ago had crossed the line from odd into "what the Hell did I do?"

Certainly, it was awkward to realize that they were in bed together probably a few hours of non-sobriety away from going far farther than either had intended, but Keiichi trusted her. Yoshi was one of the nicer members of the team. A little odd, perhaps, but Hell, so was he.

They had arranged to meet here at the arcade, which gave Keiichi a bit of down time until she got there.

As he waited, Keiichi pondered putting a coin or two into Parking Lot Brawler VI: Uber Battling. It had been a while since he'd given it a go as P. Toyota, after all.

It wasn't long before Yoshimi stepped into the arcade, looking a good deal less cheerful than she usually did (and a good deal more like she was going in for a root canal). She'd been hoping that Keiichi would be just as content as she was to ignore the whole Bar Kidnap incident and never speak of it again, but that plan had been a long shot from the start, and at least the months of awkward silences had given her time to prepare. She was even confident enough to have forgone the note cards, this time.

After a moment spent stalling just inside the doorway, wondering if it was still too late to leave before he spotted her, she gave up and took a few steps towards the Parking Lot Brawler unit. They needed to get this out of the way before it started to poison relations inside Paradise, at the very least, and her dubiously effective attempts at stonewalling him without an explanation were starting to weigh on her conscience. Besides, Keiichi was nothing if not determined; if she pretended to have forgotten the meeting, she'd just be back here in a week. Unfortunately.

"...so, er, Ito-senpai. You wanted to talk?" Her tone was conversational enough, given the fact that she was absolutely mortified by the entire situation.

Her assessment of Keiichi was entirely correct. Determined was one of the (nicer) words that could definitely be used to describe him, among many, many others.

He was cordial enough, nodding a hello to her as she arrived, turning away from his game.

"Indeed, Tachibana-san," Keiichi said. "I'm sort of wondering why you seem to pretend I don't exist. It's saddening on a lot of levels, but most importantly *that* one."

He hoped *that* would get across Paradise without saying it.

"Listen, I screwed up, okay? I just don't get with guys from our school." Yoshimi looked around the arcade a little warily before she continued, making sure that no one seemed close enough to listen in. "I stay in different circles to keep things quiet, because once the locker room gossip got started, I'd have Yukizaki's reputation, complete with all the... you know, stupid interventions and my family being all disappointed at me and stuff."

She didn't voice the fact that Keiichi, with his sense of chivalry and his tendency towards overblown lectures, struck her as a prime candidate for giving those stupid interventions.

"It's not about anything you did, and I wouldn't put you in danger while we were in there over something like this, but I need you to promise not tell anyone that you keep running into me while I'm blitzed out of my mind and stumbling around in stripper heels."
