WHO: Seiko and Maeko
WHAT: Girly threading
WHY: Seiko is waiting for Tom's reply.
WHEN: Just after the confession
WHERE: Seiko's father's house.

Seiko and Maeko had walked to Seiko's house, or rather, her father's house. But it was the one she thought of as home, it had her Dad and Goro-sama, her Mother's house just had her step-Dad and designer clothes, nowhere near as homely.

"Well here we are! Dad is out seeing friends, but he says he left us some snacks and rented some films. I was going to get them myself, but he insisted on going out and getting them." She smiled fondly. "He's just like that. Oh! You get to meet my little kitty! He is ever so sweet..."

She unlocked the door and let Maeko into the hallway and started pulling off her shoes. "Thanks for coming to keep me company, it really means a lot to me."
