Who: Maeko, Kanaye
What: Using boyfriend as babelfish.
Where: Kanaye's room
When: Evenning. Pre OMG, S!TOSHI
Why: For threading?

Maeko's attempt at reading through the thick, heavy, stupid english book had been going unnaturaqlly well thoughout the time here. Something about being so close to the sea made her more motivated, she was reading through it because she wanted to rather than because she felt obliged to and it was making all the difference in the world.

But enthuseasm wasn't all too helpful when the book was stupid and english and old and she had reached a sentence that she couldn't understand no matter how hard she tried.

She trusted Tom better to translate accurately and she sort of wanted to go visit Max but she really did ought to be spending time with Kanaye and he would probably know.

"Senpai? You in?" She asked, knocking on the door.

"Night. Love you!" Maeko said softly, picking up her book and leaving. Maybe a little too quickly.

She at least took care to close the door silently behind her.
