Background: Minwoo always knew what he wanted to do with his life, he wanted to be a cop, but not your normal traffic cop but the kind that like solved crimes. For college Minwoo decided to move out of the country to New York, the place where all the best cop dramas were set. In college Minwoo earned a degree in Anthropology and biology, always of course thinking of his career plan. He put himself through weapons training and martial arts while in school only to make himself the best detective possible. All that stood in his way was the state exam any civil service officer had to take, and another exam to become an officer.
Minwoo passed his tests easily enough charmed his way into working in homicide. Much to his dismay, Minwoo was assigned a partner, an older man too. Despite hating having a partner Minwoo grew to love his senior, as one should. He admired him in everyway. They were on a particularly nasty case, that involved serial murders, drugs, prostitutes, anything that was dirty this case involved. They were close to busting the sons of bitches, so close, but that night, the night Minwoo would never forget… he lost his partner and best friend.
That was three years ago, now at twenty-seven Minwoo has gotten over it. If you see one comrade die you see them all. For this reason he isn’t close to many.
Minwoo worked hard to become the best detective in New York, well he can only assume from the high price on his head. He has been called dirty, but only in his methods. He smokes simply because he is addicted. He loves going out only because of the chance that he might get to in some way release. He is calm and hard working, not to mention extremely clever.

Anything Else: Jeeze this took like a year to post, but the idea is Minwoo is a bad ass cop. Also spelling isn't my strength..
