Howdy ya'll! Jordan here with my third.
This is Echo Ka'aukai, Rahim's baby sister!!
Quick Facts:
What everyone would know: She's a government agent, working as a guard and as a nurse at the Facility. Formerly, she was a nurse at Riken and was known as their "lie detector" nurse. So if you were lying at Riken... she would know. There's a possibility if you want to plot that she told them you were telling the truth or lying when it was really the opposite because...
What no one knows: She's a double agent. She's been working with the Mutant Rights Movement in Seattle for two and a half years, since Rahim was taken to Destruction Island. About a year ago she joined the government to try and find him and work undercover, then was sent to Riken and has just now arrived at Destruction Island. Her actual abilities are Mind Control, Telepathy, and a Psionic Shield. She'll eventually get into contact with the Faction and work on destabilizing the government and all that fun stuff!!
As a person, she's charming and charismatic, friendly and generally puts people at ease. She's got a good sense of right and wrong, and puts a lot of effort into being one of the "good" guards. However, she is distinctly off-putting to some, though it's not something just anyone would pick up on. People who are highly perceptive or suspicious would likely be able to see in some of her facial expressions that there's something a bit "off" there, but without any real reason as to why she makes them a tad uncomfortable.
