Detaining Dio
Well, that was something. That one Egyptian woman walked into the bar (sounded like the start of a bad joke), and it immediately got much quieter in there. That was really impressive. Zelos saw Kratos looking around, probably trying to hunt him down. Zee knew what that meant. If it had gotten quieter, then it was time for someone to try to get Dionysos out of crazed murder mode. Kray had a girl to take care, so Zee would deal with their king’s son.
Zee waved at Kray to let him know he understood what needed to be done. That will be one thing less for his brother to worry about. He was going to have to work things out with Zeus to get Kray a couple of week’s vacation. His little brother looked like he needed one. Maybe one with his occasionally overly violent girlfriend.
Time to get to work. He did not want to have to call Zeus in to deal with Dio. His boss relied on him for these situations. He really hated disappointing the boss. Even when he had no idea what he was going to do with Dio.
Rivalry waded through the blood and body parts. He only had to knock out a couple of frat boys that were infected with Dio’s madness. Most of the other ones were already dead. He wondered how the mortals were going to spin this one. It took a few minutes, but he finally reached the god of madness. The question is, now what?
Dio was rolling on the blood soaked floor, growling and still trying to inflict as much pain as possible to anyone stupid enough to get close. He cautiously approached him, not knowing what to say to get him to get a grip on his sanity again. He was prepared to knock the guy out, but it would probably be best to not add to the chaos. The only thing he could think of to say was a stupid line from a movie.
“Hey, big guy. Sun’s getting pretty low.” He was kind of hoping that it sounded crazy enough to get Dio’s attention.
