"I believe the bar is over there," she nodded in the direction of the temporary bar that had been set up on the other side of the dance floor. There was already a bit of a crowd gathered there.
"And the food is just there." That was really what Seshat was interested in. She'd been too nervous to eat earlier, unrealistically afraid that if she ate anything, she'd be unable to fit into her dress. But the low rumbling in her stomach told her that it had been a mistake. And there was a stack of petit fours that were exceptionally tempting.
A few moments later, she added, "I quite like the lanterns. They create a nice ambiance, don't you think?"
