Her smile was immediate. There were two of her beautiful children already at her side, Zelos already with some teasing comment out of his mouth -as expected. It didn't matter, both of her boys were respected and handsome. Though, if Zelos kept some of his comments to himself perhaps he'd be a bit more appreciated but, things to work on. Styx was proud of both of them.
“Nonsense,” she said and brushed at Zelos' shoulders, picking to make him look even better. “Black is a perfectly acceptable color. Your aunt seems to think that is all I own in the entirety of my wardrobe.” She brushed down and smirked, indicating that obviously she wore more than enough that Philotes felt it was necessary to give commentary on it.
Moving over to inspect Kratos' appearance, which she did not expect to be anything other than perfectly groomed for such an affair, all she did was give an approving tug down the front of his suitcoat and a smile. “Are you both on your own tonight or are you waiting on dates?” She was hopeful but, the gaze shifted mostly to Zelos... even with the plural. Especially with the plural. It was a trait of Zeus' she'd have rather he not picked up.
But then Styx frowned. “You are not working, are you? I will forbid it.” Which she would. Their grandparents were hosting this event. She would exchange words with Zeus if necessary. He would heed her if he knew what was good for him...
