“Okay, well... at least step in so you don't have to wait on the porch. This won't take long.” Ninkasi was so confused, but she'd just run with it. It was best to not question Ereshkigal too much when she had her mind set on something. Whatever she was intent on doing that had her wearing a shirt cut like that, which Nergal was not going to like, it was best to just go with it. “You haven't been here recently anyway, it doesn't look like a frat house anymore. I've redone everything.”
She started down to the living room. “So, consider that carte blanche to be nosy while I change.” For most people it was probably a dangerous offer to make. However, Reshi was family and it wasn't as if Ninkasi had many secrets that would be found in the main chambers of her house anyway. At least, not that she knew of. And most of her secrets -the more horrid things... her true family and those closest to her generally knew anyway.
A moment later she was shuffling through hangers with a grumble. Reshi had said she should wear something fun, flirty and would make Enki proud which was a pretty broad definition. Though, she didn't specifically say to hooch it up. What the hell?
She moved as quick as she could, changing into a skirt and blouse combination that she thought met Reshi's requirements without being too over-the-top since Ninkasi had zero idea of their destination. Some black heeled booties, bracelets, a couple rings and after combing her hair to look less like she'd not brushed it all day, she hoped she hadn't kept her aunt waiting too long. “Does this work?” She asked, returning to the living room as she threaded an earring in and had a clutch tucked under her arm -because she was not leaving her phone behind and without pockets this was the only acceptable option.
