Ah. Yes. They were at that point in the conversation. The one where the other person said they were sorry. It wasn't that Sigyn didn't think they were sorry, they just didn't understand even half of what went on or how bad it really was. Still, she prepared herself to give a polite smile and her standard response.
Which was when Taweret said that Loki was worried about her. He was worried about her? Why? What had she done to give him cause for that? Sigyn was absolutely thrown by that revelation, and she wanted to ask what the Egyptian meant, but the other goddess wasn't finished with startling revelations. Apparently Loki had kept her from his Egyptian friends because of the work that was done--
"What work?" she blurted out without thinking, then immediately regretted it. It was something that she should have brought up with Loki rather than this woman that was practically a stranger. It was rude to just question that way.
But since it was already out there and no way to call it back, Sigyn gave in and asked the other question that was burning in her brain. "And what worry? I'm sorry to be so blunt, but that's... I had no idea. Really."
