“Of course I agree,” Hera replied as she reached for a goblet already containing cool water. The wine had not yet been poured, but she was a bit thirsty from her shopping trip. After a quick sip, she added, “After all, I'm the one that approved some of the staff auditing some mortal cooking courses.”
It was a decision that she hadn't bothered him with. And not just because she'd been avoiding him a bit these days. It was something that only affected the household in a minor way, nothing a king should really have to concern himself with, so Hera had taken it upon herself to give the approval.
“I believe,” she continued, “though I could be wrong, that they're all attending different schools, so that they might compare the experiences. Obviously they've been inspired. I do hope you don't mind.”
Though even if he did, Hera would still argue for the continuation of the classes. She was rather enjoying the variety of late.
